Quality One Bedroom Flat
Lovely and cosy one bedroom flat fixed up to a high standard for rent in a great location. Has almost everything a person would need with great appliances. 2 minutes away from Elephant and castle overground/underground Station and buses that can get you to most places in south London. There is a gym 2 minutes away and local shops like Tesco and Sainsbury's within 2 -3mins away too. Many local restaurants close by in Elephant park or Walworth road. You can walk to Big Ben or the Houses of Parliament in approximately 15mins or take a bus to be there in 5 mins. There a few local parks within 15 mins walk.
The location is a safe and mostly quiet. Be aware that the underground line goes beneath all the buildings in the area so expect some minor vibrations. Of the dozens of guests, have had one complaint about this with a very light sleeper. This property is advertised for 2 people only. I may consider one more guest for an extra fee and if your feedback is good.
