The location in the Woolrich Arsenal area of Greenwich was really a plus for this apartment. It was a 5 min walk to the Elizabeth Tube station, and a couple of blocks to the pier where an Uber Boat could be used. The apartment is on the 11th floor and has a great view of the River Thames. However the apt had some problems, it was missing some things. Fortunately the owner provided a coffee maker, a better cuttig knife set, some more glasses, coffee cups and plates. The Washer/Dryer didn't work so the owner had the machine moved out and a new one installed. We furnished some items that were needed; non slip mats for both the bathtub in master bath and one for the shower in the second bedroom. The surfaces were very slippery. We also bought a stainless flatware set for 6, since the exisitng flatware was insufficient. We also bought DW soap pellets, and more cleaning solution. There was no vacuum cleaner so we couldn't vacuum the rug areas or the bare floor areas. Our son and daughter in law joined us for 10 days and slept in the second bedroom. We were upset when they pulled the covers back to sleep and found the sheets dirty. I didn't inspect it because the master bed had clean sheets. In both bedrooms the vanity chairs were not usuable. Both had either broken or bent legs or so loose it was unstable seat. The ironing board was broken and couldn't stand alone. The second bedroom does not have a closet, and the hall closet was full of other things.
