We were squeezed in at the last minute due to a booking error by another property, and we were grateful for this. Unfortunately this property has no air conditioning and we were not able to open the downstairs windows. There was also no wifi. I tried to contact the property manager re these matters but had no reply. The location was great - very close to Regents Park and Great Portland stations.
