Gem of a Flat in Bayswater

My spouse and I stayed for two weeks in this one-bedroom flat in Bayswater. The location was perfect as there are a variety of tube lines within a 10-15 minute walk in several directions. The home is fully outfitted with kitchenware, which allowed us to prepare our own meals, but there are also tons of restaurants in the neighborhood that offer table service and take-away. The backyard was also a nice feature -- the tree cover keeps all but a bit of rain away, so it was a reliable feature.

A wonderful London base

Spacious, comfortable and very clean, our apartment had everything you could possibly want or need for an enjoyable stay. We particularly liked it having a garden area. The apartment was an easy 5–10-minute walk from the Royal Oak tube station, allowing easy access to various locations both in and around London. It was also a quiet and very walkable area to local shops, churches, hotels, eating places and services. [We were also able to walk to the Portobello Road Market.] Ken & Maureen gave us very clear instructions on how to access the apartment and were very prompt and helpful. Their flexibility and generosity enabled us to make the most of our final day without worrying about our luggage.

Great Flat in a Ideal Neighborhood

This one bedroom has managed to balance between comfort and space efficiency that's ideal for a single / couple traveling. Located on a quiet street nestled between Westbourne Park Road and Westbourne Grove, with a clever pedestrian connection to the latter that you may not see on a map. That last part is critical because it opens up outstanding dining options within walking distance. Also walking distance to 3 tube locations, Notting Hill and Portobello Market. Easy access to and from Heathrow via Paddington Station. Our plan was out in the morning to do our thing, back around 5PM to clean up and head out to a neighborhood restaurant around 7. After 8 days, still things we wanted to do but didn't have time for. We'll definitely inquire again.

Perfect stay in Notting hill

Nice flat loaded with amenities in a great location. Lots of restaurants, shops & underground close by. Ken, our host was super responsive & proactive in communicating with us. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Bright and clean 1 bedroom rental

I spent a week at this flat and found it had a well stocked kitchen and everything like internet, TV hot water etc worked well. Great light and very clean. I did not need to use any heating or cooling but it appeared to have what would be necessary. The location is wonderful for walking all around the west side and the tube is very convenient for getting downtown or other areas,. I would definitely stay here again if I return to London.
