Location, location, location

When you don't want to sit in a cramped hotel room this is the place for you. It has everything that you need. 1 min walk to Oxford street. 2 min to M&S. Walking distance to most of the attractions in London. Otherwise hop on an underground tube. In the heart of many restaurants and old pubs around you. Host was very quick to answer and fix anything that we needed. We were really spoiled.

Loud area

The shower was not a proper shower, water leaked everywhere due to amature handyman work. We also were not provided any hand towels. The walls were paper thin and the areas was very loud at all times of the night including the next door neighbors. Also the bed was small for two people. Our arrival proceedures were subpar as the owner/vrbo could.not provide us with the correct address or a welcome note on how to get in, which unit it was and how to work the appliance. The property owner would not allow us to control the thermostat so the apt was very chilly at times then very warm which was not comfortable while trying to sleep. The location was nice and the water pressure was great and the added electronic adaports were a nice touch. I would not stay here again due to the difficulties sleeping with noise and the sleeping conditions.
