The check in was easy. When we got to the apartment we noticed that the description of the bed sizes were incorrect in the listing (which he has since changed) which made it more difficult to get comfortable with the number of people sleeping. We communicated with Micheal who brought sheets to make up the couch which wasn't ideal but worked. There was also a bottom sheet that wasn't on a bed so only a comforter on top of a mattress pad (he told us where to find one in the attic and we put it on) and a broken blind in the loft room. He communicated well but we were disappointed as we specifically booked the place due to the description of bed sizes. We made it work and it was fine.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay here! The space and layout of the apartment was very comfortable for our family of 5. I especially enjoyed that the living room area had a door and the kitchen too, and each were on opposite ends of the apartment. So whoever was up late or early didn’t disturb anyone else. The unit had everything we needed. The location was fantastic! Conveniently located near transit and also reasonable walking distance to attractions, as well as food and grocery options. I really appreciated how available and responsive Michael was when we needed something. One note, we came to see that the check out instructions included turning off the heat. But the check in instructions didn’t note that we needed to (or how) to turn on heat and hot water. Thankfully, Michael is so responsive and we could figure it out fast. If you’re going to wash your clothes, note that the dry load needs to be smaller than the wash load. It takes a while to dry but was super convenient to have this option. Two small details that I really enjoyed — a flowering tree outside the front window, and an adorable cozy reading nook by the front windows. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

The flat was great! Easy access to the tube and felt very safe. Getting the key and checking in and out was very easy. Owner was attentive when I texted with anything. The flat is great for 3 people ! The bedding and beds were super comfy. The flat could use a new paint job but besides that it was excellent! Highly recommend!
