The hotel looks polished on the surface, but the reality is disappointing. The focus appears to be on rules, policies, and maximising charges rather than guest comfort or wellbeing. When problems arise, there is little willingness to help, only defensiveness. This is not hospitality — it’s transactional and misleading. The constant noise and vibrations of the underground train passing every ten minutes makes the room uncomfortable, the room is clean I must say, the young man who greeted me when I checked it was polite, it was unfortunate for me that I didn’t stay in hotel because problem was resolved at my place so I gave the room to a friend and informed the reception on my way out.
When I got home, I called the hotel if there is a possibility to cancel the second night, this is when I was shocked to hear such impolite remarks, rude, and sarcastic attitude, not giving me a chance to explain, they put the phone down. for the record I wasn’t demanding a refund I was asking for a consideration.
I wouldn’t recommend to stay in this hotel, it’s simply uncomfortable environment.
