The room was well-presented other than the draught coming through the windows (only solved by closing the shutters). We liked the Green Clean idea /£7 voucher. Basic rooms are a bit small with double bed up against the wall on one side. But the staff are very nice, room amenities good and overall the level of service is excellent. The decor is very good especially in the public spaces. The breakfast buffet (extra) is quite good - certainly extensive choices. Location is very good for theatres and Covent Garden, with numerous bus services to different parts of London and a short walk to the tube station. Overall a very good option especially when discounted room rates are available. For an extra £20 a night, better rooms are available at check-in.

Wonderful staff at the front desk. Always willing to help. Always friendly. Beds are super comfortable, probably the most comfortable in town. They also have quite a variety of rooms so if your travel is a load you could have just a small room for your traveling with more. They have larger rooms available. I love this hotel. The hotel is a bit of a maze, but the location is convenient for central London. Breakfast was ok, but once again I saw a solo traveller come back to an allocated table, where someone else had been seated while she was at the buffet - it's uncomfortable for all.

The shower and bathroom floor was dirty. Although the location of the hotel is exceptional, the hotel decor and room needs major remodeling and updating, unless the decor is supposed to be 70s art deco. Also, the hot water while taking a shower is very inconsistent.

Everyone at the front desk is very professional and nice.. The rooms are great. The beds are very comfortable if you were traveling solo. This is a great hotel. The rooms are not particularly large, but the beds are very comfortable and the showers work very well. I have yet to encounter any type of incident at this hotel and I have stayed there at least half a dozen times.
