Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Sticky not stunning

Sticky not stunning. Beds and bathrooms were clean but we left a hotel to have a kitchen to prepare meals due to allergies. The kitchen was dirty! Every plate, silverware and glass had to be washed first. The pots were not usable! Stove had one working burner, smell refrigerator. THE NOISE was awful from major construction next door and we had a problem with the heat blasting and the mint co could not help us. Construction crews had ladders in garden which we couldn’t use because it had litter and weeds everywhere! We feel ripped off because we were charged top prices and the photos were misleading. We communicated to mint co but they haven’t given us any refund.
