● The apartment is located on the basement level of the building.
● There is one flight of stairs leading down to the entrance, but no stairs inside the apartment.

Check-in
Guests can check in independently via lockbox, allowing flexible arrival times.
Our standard check-in time is 3 pm - 9 pm.
Please note our Late Check-in Fees (payable in cash upon arrival):
9 PM to 12 AM: £40 cash
After 12 AM: £80 cash
Please be aware that a £20 cash fee will be charged if you arrive 2 hours later than the agreed check-in time.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

If you wish to request a late check-out, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Late check-outs are subject to availability.
Late check-out fees:
• Up to 12:00 PM: £50
• Between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM: 50% of the nightly rate
• After 3:00 PM: Full nightly rate
Other things to note
- Please note that Aval City Rentals is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen items during guest stays.
- Essential supplies such as towels, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and bedding are provided at check-in but are not replenished during the stay.
- A refundable £250 damage deposit is required before check-in and must be paid by card. After checkout, the property is inspected and the deposit is refunded within 2 days via bank transfer if no damage is found.
