Gross decorative pillows. Main concierge was also hardly any help, told me his internet was down and just didn't get back to me on how much something was. I called the front desk multiple times no answer, tried to get a wake up call. TV wouldnt work at all. Not worth the premium we paid.

The Cavendish is my go-to hotel when in London. It is a small boutique hotel and is in a great location. Walkable to everything - the theater, tourist attractions, restaurants, etc. The rooms are small if you don't get a Deluxe (I wouldn't go smaller than a Superior). Bathrooms are decent size. Love that you have water bottles for you each day. Was a bit disappointed with the staff this time around, other than housekeeping the front desk staff and bellmen need some training in customer service. Highly recommend this hotel.

Room was tidy. Small issue witht the TV was resolved by staff in a short time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Soundproofing between rooms not the best. Banging of metal sheeting somewhere in the vicinity woke me around 3 am on both nights I stayed - extrrnal to hotel but I was compensated without asking

There isn’t enough space or time to describe how wonderful this hotel is. Firstly, the location is so excellent, so many stores nearby and central. However the highlight of this hotel is the staff. They truly go above and beyond with their helpfulness and kindness. Keith, Ahmed, and the rest of the team are so lovely and helpful, and make the trip so special. This is my family’s 4th stay, and we cannot wait to go back.

Exceptional service and perfect location! Our stay at Hotel Cavendish was wonderful. The location made it so easy to explore — just a short distance to Buckingham Palace and Big Ben, with restaurants and shopping nearby. The views were fantastic, and the customer service truly stood out. We felt very well cared for the entire time. After checkout, the staff even loaded our bags into the car while we toured the city, which was such a thoughtful touch. A perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and attention — highly recommend for anyone visiting London!

Property is located in an excellent area for all things shopping, dining, cultural venues and theatre. The hotel itself is well established, modern (although scheduled for refurbishment), and has an onsite restaurant and valet parking. Public transport is also nearby. The rooms are on the small side, although adequate, an upgrade is suggested. The bathroom shower and bath are great with unusually good water pressure. Although clean, housekeeping is a bit hit or miss when it comes to providing adequate bath toiletries and refreshment refills. The reception and concierge staff are very helpful and friendly. We've stayed here quite a few times over the years and consider it our regular when returning to London solely based on location and adequate for a short 2 night stay. If looking for spa facilities or longer stays I'd suggest somewhere else that provides more in the way of facilities and services.
