Front desk staff was very friendly. The cleaning staff was rude and didn't clean when asked to do so. They took our dirty towels but didn't leave clean ones. Didn't take all of our trash or leave additional toilet paper. In fact, had to ask multiple times for toilet paper, finally bought some ourselves and the cleaning staff took a partial roll and still didn't replace it. Bed was uncomfortable and the room was hot.

The hotel is under renovation. There are loud noise from morning till night during construction. The bed is uncomfortable. There is no air conditioning. There is a heater but it can't be turned on. We stayed for 6 nights but only got 1 bottle of drinking water. Staff are nice. Location is convenient.

Someday this might be a fairly nice boutique hotel. But not yet. We stayed here for ten days in May 2025. This hotel opened two months ago in one of London's 19th century historic townhome rows and is still under renovation. Our first night was marred by the smell of paint and construction noise as the stairs next to our room was being plastered and painted. At least the room was clean and modernized, with good facilities (except for the shower head, which leaked badly). The next night was quieter, but still some paint smell. The mattress was new and very good. After three nights we moved to another room. It was similarly modern, but the mattress was terrible. We needed towels on it to cushion us against the springs we could feel. The TV was not hooked up and no one could fix it. The windows did not close properly and we used towels to block the cold air. (The windows in this historic district cannot be replaced but a carpenter could fix the problems). So, two nights there and we were moved to a third room for the rest of our stay, which was quite pleasant. The staff was very accommodating and tried to meet our needs, even if a couple of times they over promised what they were able to deliver. Special thanks to Babar, who took the brunt of our complaints. I like the location, a short walk to shops and transportation. The hotel room rate was reasonable. SO, maybe we will stay here again someday, but AFTER they finish the place!

The hotel is a clean budget hotel, and the price made the stay in London possible. It’s a short walk to Kensington Gardens, and there’s a tube station a few minutes’ walk away. The guys at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and lent me a converter when I realized I’d forgotten mine and couldn’t charge my phone.

Very easy walk to all the main tourist destinations, and very close to the paddington station to catch a train. Felt a little unsafe with the window half opened to the outside when checked in and took a lot of effort to try to close the window, only the find that it was hold shut by loose screws. Great for very short term stay, but not ideal for long term in situates at the basement suites.

I had to be changed from this room as I could hear people outside the window and there was a balcony where people were walking past. The window had no safety locks and I felt very unsafe. Condition of hotel is not the best either, bathroom was nice but bedroom was ugly. For the future, I'll definitely be paying slightly extra for a more nicer hotel in London but would rather me feel safe, at ease and so I can actually sleep at night!! Not the best experience.

Excellent staff: everyone at front desk was awesome. Clean bathroom, sheets and towels. HORRIBLE bed, I stayed in room 204..slept 1 Night out of 3. I woke up with a backache every single day of my stay because I could feel the springs in my back. Carpet needs to be ripped off. It is dirty and I killed 1 Little roach in my room. I wouldn’t stay here again

Close to Paddington station. Great location. Room is clean. Staff very helpful. My flight arrived early and departed late. They were able to store my luggage for both early arrival and late departure. Will stay again.

Be sure you put the right property into your map. We were dropped off 10 min walk away. Reasonable food and shopping, but it was a bit longer walks. They are still working on upgrading the property. Smokers outside while the windows were open was disappointing.
