Enjoyable stay

Unsure why previous reviews were negative. I found the stay comfortable and enjoyable with free access to the onsite spa and pool. The restaurant features exclusively Asian cuisine and was excellent. Only drawback is there is no breakfast service before 9:00am. Very good value for money

Excellent Spa service

The best part of the hotel is the Meraki Spa located within the hotel. We got massages and they were incredible. Highly recommend the Spa. As for the hotel; the location is good as it’s near Hounslow town centre with plenty of food options and cineworld. Tube station is just a couple minutes walk away so easily accessible. The hotel itself wasn’t amazing. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are open to the gym members so it gets pretty busy. It’s evident that the hotel is old and requires maintenance.

Needs to have more attention put into the rooms, the staff, the lift wasnt working, the glass door that then slams, the rooms needs a lot of working doing to them to make them a good standard, bathroom was messy and broken tiles. The only good thing about this hotel was the location

Unfortunately the room was not as comfortable as I hoped. Mildew smell, carpet older, dirty and stained in some areas, bed sheets very thin. On the plus, the shower was great, it is located a block away from the train for easy access to the airport or wherever else you may be going.

Didnt enjoy my stay

They dont have complimentary car park. Had to pay £20 extra for it. Then the lifts werent working so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs which was horrendous. Then the rooms don't have functioning windows so we were so hot and the ac wasnt working. I brought this to the staff attention and they told us it doesnt work in that particular room and they gave us a fan or offered to move us 2 floors above. That was my last straw. I took my stuff and left coz i know other hotels dont do that. Also the facilities are not like the pictures online. They are much more worn out

Ok looking hotel but extremely poor service.

Had to ask for room cleaning twice after coming ftom work, despite having the room cleaning sign displaying green. Hot water was intermittent. The heating failed for 2 days. Had to move rooms because of noisy room could hear gym equipment. Twice no tea coffee etc. This is not the first time we stayed, we had similar problem before but gave it the benefit of a doubt. But would not book again because certain staff members were not very empathetic. Its a shame because we use hotels regularly for business purposes. It says add up to 8 photos but on clicking does not allow you too?

Ok looking hotel but poor service at times.

Extremely poor service. Heating went, rooms not cleaned on 2 occasions?. No tea or coffee on 2 occasions, hot water not always hot. No clean towels.

My review on this hotel is find another hotel.

Very poorly maintained establishment no hot water for a number of hours plus staff totally unprofessional in dealing with guess I am now seeking a full refund of which the hotel has agreed to give me a full refund via email then emailed me two days stating that I would now need to contact Hotel.com for my refund.
