Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
This property has no staff onsite, you are on your own when problems arise. There’s no local landline onsite to call for help either. The instruction says if you want reception onsite - you need to pay. I booked this place for the apartment hotel convenience but the in-room washing machine wasn’t working - there’s no water running. There’s no instruction manual. The only contact is messaging via the booking app and someone by the name of “Rafa” will respond to the messages remotely by asking you for your contact number for their maintenance to contact you. There’s also an issue for foreigners carrying foreign cell phone network. I tried calling & asking a staff from a next door hotel to make the call for me, no one answered the phone. The amenities in room are dated as well, not working properly. The sound travels from the other 2 next door suites - very loud.

Great flat for 2 people!

My daughter and I found this flat to be very clean, great location, and it seemed bigger than the pictures! The bed is comfortable, which I didn’t expect from a sofa bed. The elevator was out day 1, so lots of steps for luggage, but was fixed by day 2. Well equipped flat with a fan and all the basics you would need!
