FIRST FLOOR
The open-plan kitchen is both stylish and practical, equipped with a Wonder Oven/toaster, coffee machine, and a butcher’s block island that separates the dining area. The dual-aspect sitting room is perfect for relaxation, with a smart TV-enabled projector and a PlayStation 4 for entertainment.

SECOND BEDROOM & BATHROOM
Also on the first floor, the second bedroom is decorated in serene powder blue tones and features an extra-long king-sized bed for ultimate comfort. Opposite, the additional bathroom stands out with its striking turquoise and plaster pink colour palette and includes a shower and guest WC.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR
