Great location but lacking cleaniness

Location was fantastic and staff at the reception were friendly. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the unit was lacking. There were poo/skid marks in the toilet bowl and overall cleanliness was lacking. The shower with the shower curtain didn’t work well and caused the entire toilet area to be wet every time a shower was taken.

Great place to stay

Staff where great. Accomodation was fantastic and comfortable. Only issue I had was when I asked if bag storage was available I was told via hotels.com message no and there was not a reception desk. The was wrong. They have a reception desk with very helpful staff and the have baggage storage at no cost.

WORST HOTEL - DO NOT STAY HERE

This hotel is horrible! The rooms stink of a mixture of chlorine and drains. The furniture is old and stained and cheap. Hopefully you can see from the pictures I have submitted. The kitchenette and bathrooms looked ok. AND they charged me £5 to hold my luggage. Do not stay here.

Great Hotel near Covent Garden

The staff were great and very friendly. The location was very convenient, as it’s just a short walk to Covent Garden. Kingsway is very busy and a little loud, but the windows do a great job of insulating against the noise.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is more spacious than a typical hotel room, very clean, and well maintained. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Having a free laundry facility is a major plus for us since we've being traveling for awhile. The only downside is some traffic noise at night, though not enough to disrupt sleep.

Great location but some issues

Starting with the negatives: traffic noise, very limited kitchen equipment (no salt and pepper, limited number of plates and cutlery), very small dining table (we had to eat one at a time), very limited clothes storage (one small hanging space in the bedroom), room very warm even after we worked out how to turn all heating off, housekeeping minimal (stayed a week and only had service once, when asked to come and empty the kitchen bin nothing happened). On the plus side bed was comfy, bathroom spacious and plenty of shelf space, overall condition was good. Best of all is the location, very convenient for transport, a few minutes from Covent Garden and all the restaurants and shops so pretty good overall but could be better.

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed at The Lincoln Suites, and to be honest I cannot see us ever choosing another hotel for our stays in London. Everything about it is perfect for our needs. It is one of cleanest and most well-maintained hotels I have stayed at. The staff are extremely helpful and polite, and the entire team should be proud of the standards they keep.
