The Lincoln Suites is a good venue for a longer stay - say four nights or more. It is well situated. Well-equipped and roomy for a London hotel. Many interesting restaurants, shops and theatres nearby, within easy walking distance.

Great hotel

Great location and a lovely friendly front desk Team. Rooms are super clean and spacious—large accessible bathroom. Facilities are great too - it was lovely to have a proper fridge, hob and the choice to cook a meal!

Good location, but the decor is tired and dated, the walls in the room grubby, lifts were not working most days (same every time I stay here). Wardrobe too small for 2 people, kitchen bin laughable so took the rubbish out each day.

We had a great stay at the Lincoln Suites. I would highly recommend it. The apt was modern and well-appointed, and the staff was VERY responsive when we had questions or issues. The TV in our apt didn't work when we checked in, so they immediately changed us to a new apt. They only service the room every few days, but that was fine with us. We asked for new towels, trash to be emptied, etc, and they took care of these things right away. The apt was a bit on the warm side and we couldn't adjust the heat any lower - but I prefer that to a cold apt, so it wasn't a big deal. Anyway, overall the apt was very nice and the location was amazing - 5 min walk to Covent Garden and Holborn tube, and very central to other neighborhoods. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby, and although we faced the street, it was not noisy (good windows!). I would stay there again FOR SURE - highly recommended!

Definitely not what I thought I was renting. Photos online don’t match actual room. Superior Studio was very small. Hallways were filthy and the room was very hot. We had to sign a waiver to open the window in the room which was the only way to cool things off. The bed is small for two people. Overall, it feels like a cheap motel vs a boutique apart-hotel. We ended up leaving a day early and getting another hotel down the road.

Great apartment close to Covent Garden

Very nice apartment in a great location. Right next to Covent Garden and loads if theatres. On a busy street but not noisy and it was safe walking to and from the apartment.

It is our second time at Lincoln Suites, last staying in Sept 22. It is a perfect location for all theater, close to Covent garden and Holborn or Covent garden Underground stations. We selected the rooms with a kitchenette and had breakfast in the mornings. The rooms are spacious,comfortable and have good sound proofing and dark curtains for a good nights sleep. We will stay there again..Thanks to all desk staff for all of your good suggestions.
