Great location but some issues

Starting with the negatives: traffic noise, very limited kitchen equipment (no salt and pepper, limited number of plates and cutlery), very small dining table (we had to eat one at a time), very limited clothes storage (one small hanging space in the bedroom), room very warm even after we worked out how to turn all heating off, housekeeping minimal (stayed a week and only had service once, when asked to come and empty the kitchen bin nothing happened). On the plus side bed was comfy, bathroom spacious and plenty of shelf space, overall condition was good. Best of all is the location, very convenient for transport, a few minutes from Covent Garden and all the restaurants and shops so pretty good overall but could be better.

I had a wonderful stay at The Lincoln Suites and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, comfortable, and well-located place in London. The suites are spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you need for a short or extended stay. The kitchenette was a great bonus, perfect for making quick meals or enjoying a morning coffee. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotlessly clean with a sleek, modern aesthetic. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Covent Garden, the Strand, and Holborn station, making it easy to explore the city. Despite being so central, the hotel is in a quiet area, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available for any requests. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, and the overall experience felt seamless. If you’re looking for a stylish aparthotel in London that combines comfort, convenience, and value, The Lincoln Suites is a fantastic choice. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed at The Lincoln Suites, and to be honest I cannot see us ever choosing another hotel for our stays in London. Everything about it is perfect for our needs. It is one of cleanest and most well-maintained hotels I have stayed at. The staff are extremely helpful and polite, and the entire team should be proud of the standards they keep.

I was unable to travel due to ill health so gave my trip to my in-laws who are in their 70s Annette made their stay unbelievably enjoyable by upgrading the room I had booked free for them Her communication and kindness to my in-laws was outstanding The Apartment they had was fantastic and they had the most enjoyable comfortable stay I would like to say Thankyou so much and will highly recommend this hotel to others Thankyou again ❤️

Great hotel

Great location and a lovely friendly front desk Team. Rooms are super clean and spacious—large accessible bathroom. Facilities are great too - it was lovely to have a proper fridge, hob and the choice to cook a meal!
