No smoking, pets or parties. Please note that two lovely cats come with the home. A cat feeder will come in once a day at 6pm to feed them, unless guests specify they are happy to do so - some short instructions will be left for their care. The house is spread over 4 floors, the short stairs into the kitchen do not have a handrail. A study on the raised ground floor will be locked and not for guest use. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.
