erything was fantastic about the property except two things. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. The pillows were flat within a few minutes of fluffing them and the bed was pretty stiff. Secondly, we had a lovely private terrace but it smelled like urine… not sure if there were pets previously staying there or if the construction site workers right behind were using it as an outside alternative to a toilet. Because of this we didn’t use the patio, we otherwise we had a great stay.

Front desk staff couldn’t find my reservation when I arrived. Rooms dark and small, wait staff find . Front desk should not be working in hospitality. I stayed because its Sister hotel 11 Cadogan gardens which is excellent was full. This place couldn’t be more different or less satisfactory

Location was great as I lived in the Flemings Townhouse for a few months so I knew the area quite well. The hotel was very nice although our room was tiny. It was hard to walk sound the bed. As far as VIP benefits, there were none. Breakfast wasn’t included.
