The restaurant outlets were fantastic In guv'nors suite only slight thought is the smaller bedroom can hear quite a bit of street noise perhaps an upgraded triple pane window wd work Bedding and mattresses were divine!! NEVER get rid of those slippers. We have traveled every continent and never had slippers as comfortable as the red carnation i will.come back for the beds, slippers and lounge! Happy new year

Absolutely wonderful with fantastic staff, comfortable and clean rooms ...did I mention the charming and professional staff? The tea was festive, the jazz nightly was great, and the food at every meal was just great especially breakfast. We can't tell you how much we enjoyed the hotel and its location near British museum and Russell square. Close to underground and just a delight. We will go back.
