The room we had was on the curve so had to shut windows on a night. With temperature been so hot the fan provided was noisey. Hotel breakfast was super something for everyone. Beds quite small.

Nice Location for a London Walking Tour

It's alright and in a very good area. You can walk to some great places for an outing, like the British Museum or Oxford Street. For that, it's fantastic. However, it has the old Britannia style look and feel so about OK. Breakfast is great - nice and fresh. You want to walk about London, this hotel is right at the centre of a lot of the action!

Cool place in the heart of town

Room is great BUT absolutely no drawers, just some hangers. Bathroom also had limited shelf space. Staff was very helpful when we lost an adapter. Location is fabulous. Internet very good.

Excellent hotel & location with great staff!

We have stayed here before which is why we returned. The rooms are comfortable (especially the beds / pillows). Our room was at the back of the hotel where there was building work going on outside. It was rather hot so we needed to open the windows and the noise in the morning did disturb us. We asked if we could move rooms and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We moved to another room which was cooler and less noisy. The bar and food is nice enough. Large open space. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. I’m gluten intolerant and the breakfast manager took me around to check what was suitable for me. I couldn’t fault our overall experience. The location is perfect for getting around London with the tube station about 50m from the front of the hotel (not that we used it much) except to and from Victoria coach station.
