Hotel is perfect for business or pleasure travel. I use this place for work and for family trips to London. Great location, close to Euston and main tube lines with plenty of places local for food and drinks. It even hosts the Fawlty Dowers Dining Experience which is amazing and well worth the time if you have it. Hotel is always clean, has everything you need without being to fancy or pretending to be something it's not with a good bar and restaurant downstairs. It's always well priced for London, especially if you book in advance. Highly recommended

Poor service from the front desk to breakfast. No room service..ohhh but a vending machine! Breakfast was like a school canteen. Far too busy, cold food..horrible coffee. Tables far to close. I heard the whole conversation of those next to me. Room just okay. There was nowhere to have a short business meeting with a colleague. The bar was shut and I was ushered out. I was told..we dont open until midday. I asked where I could sit and have a decent coffee...I was sent to Pret! Needless to say..I wont be back!
