I had a very pleasant stay at the President Hotel. The hotel is well located, making it easy to access the main attractions and business areas. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any requests. Breakfast was tasty and offered a good selection of dishes. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend the President Hotel to both business and leisure travelers, and I would gladly stay here again.

I love The President Hotel! My 2nd year staying here and will be back next year. The price and location cannot be beat! On Friday night they had this amazing jazz band playing in the Atrium while we had after show drinks. I booked my room in July for $166/night. I also turned other friends on to the hotel who stayed there and had the same experience. Bravo President Hotel!!!!!!!

The first night i was there, there was a man knocking outside my door late at night at around 22.40pm. Me, being a small lady, staying alone, i was very scared. I called the concierge and waited a very long time before someone picked up . I told the concierge lady about that, no one came to the room to check and there was no follow up phone call. I felt this was very bad. The staff should have ensured i was safe. They should have sent someone to check and let me know if they had seen anyone. Very disappointed with the service.

It's a plush, luxurious, clean and comfortable hotel in the heart of London. We had a great stay. The staff were all courteous and helpful. We utilised the baggage store, bar area and room service.

I was not happy that no one informed me prior to my stay that the car park which was one of the specific reasons that I chose this hotel was now closed. Had I not emailed to ask what the procedure was for parking I would have arrived with no other option in place which would have inconvenienced the beginning of my trip and been very annoying. Customer service should inform clients if any changes to the hotel facilities in advance.

Quiet single room, bit hot to start with but was able to turn off the heating. Bed comfy. Liked the water dispenser in the lobby - much more eco friendly than individual water bottles in the bedroom. Breakfast very good -wish I had had more time to linger and enjoy!
