Nice Hotel, Breakfast could be better

Good all round, nothing of fault. Lost a star due to a less than average breakfast and the orange juice may have been watered down.

It’s a 3 star hotel but is very well maintained and the breakfast was a nice and convenient addition. The staff was very accommodating also. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Perfectly fine for price

Staff were fantastic and great location. Room a bit tired but clean and perfectly fine size for central London & one night work trip. Unfortunately it was noisy in the corridor and walls v thin so noisy neighbours at 1am wasn’t ideal could hear them talking & the hair dryer.

Room was cold!!! Also even though I hung the towels so that they wouldn’t change them (as the usual sign in the bathroom said “if you don’t want ur towels to be changed, hung them”), everyday they changed them anyway.

Very Noisy. I requested to change the room becuase was very noisy and they told me that there was nothing to do about it becuase part or the hotel was in renovation. My question is why if there were know that the part of the hotel was in renovation why before to do the check in I was not aware. Very uncomfortable situation.

Friendly staff, hotel is a bit dated and the queue for breakfast was very long. I had to skip breakfast due to this and the time consteaints of my visit.

We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The bar at the hotel was lovely, very spacious and relaxing, after busy days in London. We didn’t use the restaurant as stayed room only, but there are bakeries and restaurants all within a two minute walk of the hotel. The hotel is only a two minute walk to the tube station at Russell Square so was ideal for getting around London. We visit London often and this was our favourite hotel that we have stayed in at a really good price too.

I very much appreciated that Carolina at the front desk allowed me to check in early. After a seven-hour flight from the States, it was wonderful to get access to my room right away instead of waiting five hours. My room on the seventh floor was extremely quiet. This hotel is one tube ride away from Heathrow--another great bonus.

Nice and smooth experience

Experience was smooth from checking in to check out. President Hotel is within few minute walk of Russell square tube station. Room was as advertised, clean and roomy enough for traveling couple on 4 night trip to London.
