Everything here was so fantastic! The staff are all so friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotless, the food is yummy, and the decor is unique! Great location too (right by the Elizabeth line) so makes getting there from the airport a cinch. It’s also right by the theaters, great shopping and restaurants! Definitely check it out!

Incredible service across the board. Friendly welcomes, helpful staff. I loved watching guests and staff greet each other as old friends every morning at breakfasts - it's clear there are a LOT of regulars. Our room was so comfortable, layout was ideal for traveling with kids. Loved the views. Loved the service. Definitely a favorite hotel experience.

Honestly, I almost never leave reviews—but our stay at Soho Hotel was truly exceptional. We have stayed in many top-notch five-star hotels, and I can confidently say this was perfection from start to finish. The attention to detail in the room made the experience feel incredibly special. There was a beautifully decorated Christmas tree waiting for us, milk and cookies delivered for the kids, thoughtful little bags of kids toiletries, and even candles to take home—details that felt both luxurious and genuinely warm. Beyond all of that, the room itself was absolutely gorgeous. We didn’t want to leave. An unforgettable stay, and one we will be talking about for a long time

We loved our stay here. Everyone was extremely welcoming. The decor, art, furnishings were an experience. Lots of dining options steps from the hotel (back restaurant door). We will definitely stay here again on our next London trip!
