Z hotel is a great hotel with helpful staff. I did ask for an iron & board & was informed it would be broght up to our room, unfortunately this did not happen. I could have reminded them but we arrived in the evening & i was quite tired. The room was neat & clean but is small & difficult to move around for a 2 people.

Great affordable hotel in good location!

This hotel was great! It was in a good location with a subway stop very close by. The hotel staff were very kind and welcoming. The room was very clean and had AC, which was very helpful in the summer heat. Definitely recommend!

It was fine. Lovely check in staff. And easy check in. Mastic on window wasn’t great to see - and window cill not very clean. And although room had a window it wasn’t a great set up. Chipped sink. Very noisy throughout the night - not sure if it toilet systems or something else. Room was snug but knew it would be when booked. Floor was nice n clean

The property is conveniently located to Covent Garden and the theatre district. It's also close to metro and bus stops. Other pros include the lovely shower, large tvs (2 in a 2Q room), and comfy beds. However, the room size is not as pictured in their expedia photos. The rooms are so small that there is no room for luggage. We brought bags/backpacks and there was no place to store them in the room nor were there drawers or closets. We had a 2 queen bed room and 4 people struggled to work around each other in the tiny space. When we asked the front desk about storage, how others handled, or if there was a larger room (there isn't), the response was shrugged shoulders. Upon checkout, we discovered you could store your luggage in a room next to the front desk which still seems less than ideal. Bottomline: don't stay here unless you need a no frills (expensive) room for a short timeframe. Do not recommend.

Too Small

The double room was just too small for two people. You have a bed, TV & bathroom… which had NO privacy. Had to have one person get ready at a time. There was just Not enough space. AC constantly dripped on the floor. Fire alarm went off at 5:00am in error! Staff was friendly, though. Probably OK for ONE person.

The rooms are very small and you have no area to just sit around. Either lie in bed or stand in bathroom. Good location and walkable to food and transportation. Friendly staff and clean.
