Rooms ok just very small and basic. Ok for one night but wouldnt want anymore. Location very good in the middle of covent garcen. Staff welcoming on arrival but not so good when checking out. I advised him the room was very noisy as we was below the restuarant and was woken up from 6am with what sounded like trolleys being wheeled across the floor. All the receptionist said was yes potentially! And nothng more!

I would never stay here again. The rooms are way too small and they literally don’t have any outside light. I booked with no windows but didn’t think there was not going to be any outdoor light coming in. Also, the staff kicked us out of the lobby at 2am and when we were walking to our room they came up again to tell us to go to our room. I have never had this experienced at any hotel before and I have been traveling for a while. The shower leaked as well. The location of the hotel is amazing but would not recommend.

It was literally the most perfect place I could’ve stayed as a solo traveler. The BEST location, right in Covent Garden. I got great sleep. The staff is really nice and very helpful. Great place! I’ll be back.

Close location to Covent Garden station, markets and restaurants. Room is small but you get used to it. Staff is very friendly.

Flawed but amazing location

The room was incredibly small, the smallest i have ever stayed in. There are five floors but the lift was out of order. The place is spotless, the staff are friendly and the location is amazing. Finding it is difficult too. Its not on the main street but in a side street begind gates.

Would happily stay again

Short stay in London, but this was a very comfortable stay & the hotel staff were brilliant as we arrived way early & asked if they had somewhere we could store our bags as it was only 11am but they instead advised us our room was ready & allowed us to check in then which was excellent. The room itself was very clean & the beds were comfy & the TV’s excellent options.

Room was very cramped. Bed pushed against the wall so had to climb over each other. No room to get dressed. Window didn’t open, air con didn’t work. View of city advertised was rusty grills and a brick wall. Very disappointed apart from location was very good

Too noisy

Just too expensive for the quality £244 for a shoe box room with loud guests and you can hear / feel metal shaking I assume as the underground goes through. Staff were nice but it’s just not value for money.

Great clean, quiet hotel close to all amenities. Bed was hard but adequate. The space was small as expected, but should’ve offered more storage solutions like some shelves. Also a few more power outlets would’ve been helpful. By all means, though it was a convenient and perfectly suitable place to spend a night or two and the location can’t be beat.
