My stay at the Z Hotel Holborn was disappointing and I would not choose to stay here again.
I booked a top-tier room, but it was extremely small and offered minimal usable space. The window faced a service alley with garbage bins, resulting in persistent unpleasant odors.
The hotel has notable accessibility limitations. Some floors require changing elevators and using stairs, making navigation difficult for guests with mobility concerns. No assistance was offered with luggage.
Housekeeping is only provided if requested the day before. This was not clearly communicated, and it was not possible to obtain fresh towels or linens when arriving late.
Overall, the small room, poor outlook, accessibility challenges, and limited service made this an unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend this property.
