Basic but well positioned in Holborn

Central within Holborn and near tube but VERY small room for the price. Bed & pillows were was on the hard side. Shower head was leaking and it’s fixing was broken. Hotel is functional for 1-2 nights if location in Holborn is key for you.

I love This hotel it has an excellent location, the air conditioning works very well and the tv channels were nice! It’s super convenient if you travel alone since it has very small rooms but for one person it’s ok!

VERY BAD ATTITUDE FROM THE YOUNG WOMAN WHO RECEIVED US. SHE IS NOT POLITE NOR DOES SHE LIKE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS THAT THE CUSTOMER ASKED HER. A HOTEL WITH STAIRS WILL REACH HER AND THEY DO NOT OFFER HELP AT ALL. THEY TREAT YOU AS IF YOU ARE HEARING. VERY BAD ATTITUDE FROM THOSE PEOPLE WHO RECEIVED US.

The hotel is fun. For one or two, rooms extraordinarily small. Family for 5 was no where near possible to accommodate. A night stay ok, beds were tough. Location is their selling point. Location is perfect. They had small dining, clean and friendly. If I can post photos I will. The width of or room was 37"

Great for a one night stopover. Room had everything we needed and the staff were really friendly and helpful letting us store out bags before we checked in and post check out so we could go about London unencumbered.

The location was great, the room was clean and modern, the staff was very nice… but the room was in the basement right next to the laundry and it was very loud in the mornings. For the price though, it can’t be beat!

Very small rooms

The check-in process was good - but to my astonishment the room was way smaller than imagined as read 10m2 but it was 10m3, cramped everything. If I had a big bag than would be stumbling but was lucky to carry a back pack. The breakfast was decent but slightly overpriced for flatbread and cereals.

Great location

Great welcome and friendly staff, always spoke even if walking through reception, I know room service was every two days but could of had more than two coffees in room to start with, but was not a issue

The property was nice but our room was very small so wouldn’t book again for this reason as no space to get ready, very cramped for 2 people, otherwise the reception area was nice and convenient to get to the Holborn tube station
