Hotel is still being worked on. Contractors working on things right outside the window so no privacy. Lift not working many times. Aircon only blowing warm air, so room was 22-23 Celsius, asked for this to be remedied and it still wasn't great.

The location of this place is phenomenal. Since the main train the underground from London Heathrow downtown is under construction I had to take two other trains that were super easy. I took the Elizabethtown line and I changed Paddington and got on the bakerlou line and continue on to Charing Cross. And I popped up and I was just a couple blocks away and my Google maps took me directly there. My room was clean. Plenty of hot water in the shower. The location was very close to Phantom of the opera which I saw. And there is a 24 hour restaurant where you get free food and wine 24 hours. It was amazing and too bad. I was only there 24 hours. Hahahaha.

Friendly and efficient staff on both check-in and out. Central location. We didn’t have breakfast so I can’t review. This hotel is in a refurbished building right off Leicester Square. The room was small and compact but we knew that in advance and it had everything we needed. We were ‘upgraded’ from a windowless room to a room with a skylight. That was however not that much use as we arrived in the dark and we didn’t get much use of it the next morning. (And you can’t see anything out of it!). But a nice touch. Our room had a defect which meant the water from the shower leaked into the room, which meant some clothes left on the floor got wet. We reported it the next morning but not sure if it got fixed.
