Upon my arrival, the young man (Sohaib?) at the reception desk who assisted me was so kind and helpful. They made a room available as soon as they could in advance of check-in time, which was so appreciated after nearly 18 hours of travel. The room was small but very clean; the amenities were a thoughtful touch. The hotel is quiet, which is amazing since it's right off the Strand. It's a wonderful option for solo travelers.

Very clean room, comfortable bed, Helpful front desk and it was easy to arrange to leave bags there after we’d checked out. The only downside is the size of the rooms. They are tiny. There’s room for a double bed at the end, sideways. The tiny bathroom takes up the lower end of the side of the bed and a tiny walkway to the door the other. One person can stand in this space at a time and we had to take turns!

Very efficient check in. The hotel is ideally located for West End theatres with loads of restaurants and amenities nearby. Loved the room. Huge comfy bed, spotlessly clean, good shower and everything you could wish for. Will be my go to hotel for future visits to London.

The location is fabulous though a bit hard to find initially as entrance is rather hidden. You can walk to many major attractions. Room small but convenient, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet incredible. We would go there again and recommend to friends.

Don't expect a spacious lobby, flowers, big desk. The lobby could fit in a Tube station platform. Space and resource efficiency is top of mind. Japanese sized accommodations - great if you dislike American style wastefulness and hubris in hotels. Clever, spare, economical fixtures and furnishings. Large people and bulky luggage would fit poorly here.

I had an accessible room which was a good size (room 622). Good amenities, great area, friendly accommodating staff. Did not eat there but they had wine and cheese happy hour on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Nice! Room was great. Great lighting.
