A hidden gem!

The staff were particularly kind, helpful, professional and welcoming. They were perfect and the room was very clean, comfortable and quiet - exceptional quality for a very good price :)

Fast and easy check in. Small, but clean and surprisingly quiet in my room, despite outside street noise. I was late getting in the night I stayed, due to a concert, but I was still able to get something to eat from the cafe at gone midnight, which was great! Staff were friendly and helpful and I'd definitely stay again!

There was no AC in the room. They told me every room was this hot. They said every room had a fan in it. I made them give me a different room, no issues with the next room, the staff were lying!
