The room has no window and no any tables/chairs - no place to put your stuff except on the floor, the bed is one-sided on wall so it is very uncomfortable to a couple for sleeping.

Highly Recommend

Fantastic stay at the Z hotel Trafalgar. Highly recommend with its central location, literally a few minutes walk to Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square and The Mall. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Will certainly being staying again.

So I was surprised at the size of the room, which is very small. The bed touches three walls with not much space for items. The bed did have space under the bed for suitcases. That said the staff was exceptional when I asked for extra padding to the mattress. It was a very walkable area and nice for the theatres.

I was looking for somewhere central to stay in London for an overnight work trip, and thought I’d try the Z range. Yes it’s a small room with no windows, but it’s a brilliant location, the bed is really comfortable, it’s got a kettle and bottled water, and really friendly staff. I’ll definitely be back.

Disgusting

Check in was shambolic. I was told to sit down and wait as one of the guys was too busy flirting with two female guests. The other person was clueless and clearly incompetent. The walls of the room were filthy. Lots of stains. Not sure when it was last cleaned. One of the worst hotels I've ever been to - avoid!

it's in a very good location. shopping stores around and good restaurants. near subway stations. just a bit nosiy comes to the morning time. my room is next to the lobby and the cupboard room. that might be the reason

We loved it so much

The hotel room was very small but very comfortable — it was enough for us. It had everything we might need: water, tea, regular milk, oat milk, hot chocolate, chamomile tea, cups, a kettle, a hair dryer, shampoo, towels, and spare toilet paper. Also, the fact that the room lights could be controlled from a screen, and that there was a smart TV and air conditioning, was really nice. We were lucky to be there on a Saturday and Tuesday, so we got to enjoy the free wine and cheese night — it was amazing! The staff were very helpful and friendly; we loved each of them. The only issue was with the toilet drain, but apart from that, everything was perfect! ————————————————————— Otel odası çok küçüktü ama çok rahattı — bizim için yeterliydi. İhtiyacımız olabilecek her şey vardı: su, çay, normal süt, yulaf sütü, sıcak çikolata, papatya çayı, bardaklar, su ısıtıcısı, saç kurutma makinesi, şampuan, havlular ve yedek tuvalet kağıdı. Ayrıca, oda ışıklarının bir ekrandan kontrol edilebilmesi ve akıllı bir TV ve klima olması gerçekten güzeldi. Cumartesi ve Salı günü orada olduğumuz için şanslıydık, bu yüzden ücretsiz şarap ve peynir gecesinin tadını çıkardık — harikaydı! Personel çok yardımsever ve arkadaş canlısıydı; her birini çok sevdik. Tek sorun tuvalet gideriydi, ama bunun dışında her şey mükemmeldi!
