Everything was terrific. The rooms are well appointed, and the staff were outstanding. Easy location to access the Tube, the Heathrow Express, or an event at Wembley. There are also tons of great walkable dining options nearby.

Good however careful of the bath!

Good hotel, and location. Very clean bathrooms, however the bath is higher than normal and no handles anywhere to climb out. My husband is 6.4 ft I am 5.9ft and we both struggled, good luck if you are shorter. Slipped and nearly hit head on the basin. No cotton pads, Qtips or tissues. The guy from Jamaica and lady from Poland in the bar were extremely pleasant. Although drinks are expensive.

Perfect place for a 4 day stay in London. Very authentic feel without feeling dated. We had a good sized room on the ground floor which was very quiet. All the staff were so courteous and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Location is excellent as Marylebone is a great neighborhood. Also close to marble arch station Highly recommend and would stay here again

Highly recommend.

We loved this hotel. Lots of character, really helpful staff, and delicious breakfast. (Well worth the extra cost!) Our room was comfortable and very quiet. Great stay.
