Not what the pictures show...

The guy was friendly, but it's really just an old building converted in a couple of apartments. When I arrived, I had to call the guy to make sure I had the right address.

free wifi

The picture on the website had nothing to do with this apartment. There are no signs on the door that this would be some accommodation for traveler. Furniture and cleanliness are fair. Noisy neighbors and water in shower did not work properly. But hey, free wifi was great. Many middle and far eastern restaurants in the neighborhood.

Check Google Street View before booking

This is very strange place, not actually sure what it is but it is not a hotel. First thing the photo on the website is not the building - no idea what that building is but the place I was in is a three story building and not a tower of any sort. Looks more like a student flat. No sign outside to indicate any sort of hotel/apartment bloc. Inside was very nice and the host seemed a genuine guy. For the price I paid however this was very poor, will not be staying again.

Uff her gikk vi pÄ ett smell...

Servicen var dÄrlig. Han var sur og frekk, samt nedlatende. Hotellet ligger LANGT vekk fra sentrum og nabolaget er langt fra hyggelig. Vel og merke, rommene ser ut som pÄ bildene. Man mÄ vÊre medlem av NASA for Ä skru pÄ dusjen. Vi lurte pÄ ett tidspunkt om han bodde der selv i ukedagene fordi det stod brukte gjenstander pÄ badet som vi "bare kunne bruke..." Videre, sÄ tror jeg ikke han hadde vasket sengetÞyet til de som var heldig Ä fÄ sengetÞy. PS: Det lukter generelt vondt i hele leilligheten (tÄfis).

Unglaublich ĂŒberteuert und heruntergekommen

Bedingt durch die Fotos die angeblich die "Außenansicht" darstellten suchten wir nach einem grĂ¶ĂŸeren GebĂ€udekomplex und fanden unter der angegebenen Adresse ein kleines, heruntergekommenes Teil eines Reihenhauses - ohne Schilder an den Klingeln, dafĂŒr mit MĂŒll vor dem Eingang... Den im Ausschreibungstext versprochenen "Cityview" hatten wir durch vergitterte Fenster: wir blickten auf den vermĂŒllten Eingangsbereich und die Straße. Vom Schlafzimmer aus war durchs Gitter hindurch ein dreckiger Hinterhof und immerhin ein wenig Himmel zu sehen... Die Fotos, die die Innenansicht zeigten sind sehr professionell gemacht und vermitteln deutlich mehr Raum als in Wirklichkeit vorhanden ist. Die Ausstattung ist höchstens mittelmĂ€ĂŸig (Lampe kaputt, keine Ersatzbirnen, ...) und die Sauberkeit lĂ€sst ĂŒberall zu wĂŒnschen: das Geschirr musste erst einmal gespĂŒlt werden, fĂŒr das gebuchte dritte Bett (Klappsofa, wie beschrieben) gab es kein Leintuch. Bettdecken waren in den Schrank gestopft, die ÜberzĂŒge sahen nicht frisch aus und rochen auch nicht so. Im Schrank gab es praktisch keinen Platz fĂŒr Kleidung da auch ein zusĂ€tzliches GĂ€stebett sowie Überdecken, Decken und anderes Zeug darin gelagert war. Es fehlten GeschirrhandtĂŒcher und normale HandtĂŒcher - jeder Gast erhielt lediglich ein Badetuch. Und in den Fugen der Kacheln in der Dusche schienen schon Algen zu wachsen....
