The property is very nice. It is next to the Tower Hill Tube, so easy access to get all over London. You can walk to major sites such as Tower Bridge, Tower castle. Hop on- Hop off bus is right across the street if you want to explore London that way. Hotel restaurant is good. Many walkable restaurants nearby. Comfortable stay. The staff were really great - customer service is top tier. All in all - I would stay there again.

This was a great place for our family to stay in London. Easy access to the tube and a great walk over Tower Bridge. Highly recommend this location, especially for first timers. Hop on hop off buses pick up right across the street too. Staff are so nice and everything exceeded our expectations!

This property is extremely close to multiple major tourist attractions (Tower Bridge, Tower of London, HMS Belfast, The Shard, etc.). It’s also RIGHT NEXT to the Tower Hill Underground Station, which is incredibly convenient to get to much of greater London. Property is very new, clean, and modern, as opposed to numerous other older hotels nearby. Our room had a lovely view of the Tower of London and a partial view of Tower Bridge. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lots of room plus AC!

What a great room/mini apartment - it had space AND air conditioning!!! Plus a washer/dryer. Very conveniently located next to the tube. But ask for a room far from the side near the rail if you’re a light sleeper. Personally, I found it quite soothing.
