Most of the staff were extremely professional and very friendly. There was one staff in the restaurant who was outstanding. Her name was Joelle. There were 2 hostesses who acted like they were above everyone, including guests and staff. They seemed to always be counseling staff in front of customers. They need to be counseled on supervising skills, if that was what they were doing. We were there for 2 weeks, so we were very aware of what was going on.the front desk staff and cafe staff were excellent too. We were sad to leave.

Great hotel in Canary Wharf

Tribe Canary Wharf is my hotel of choice each time I come to London. The hotel is clean. The staff are so friendly and friendly. The restaurant is delicious and offers many vegetarian options. It’s located in a beautiful neighborhood with a lot of public transportation options. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of shopping, dining options and the tube. The onsite restaurant has a wonderful breakfast option, so add it to your stay. As a solo traveler I felt quite safe, and the staff was wonderful! Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay! Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the cocktails at the bar were delicious. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Jubilee line. Rooms are snug but modern, well-maintained, and have everything you need. We did get a bit lost finding it due to road closures, but that was likely down to us. Would definitely stay again.
