Second great stay for a quick stop over after a concert. Rooms are small but perfect for our needs. Breakfast was excellent, all serve yourself including drinks. Didn’t really have much interaction with staff but pleasant when we did. Added bonus to see discounts when we turned on the telly as got free champers at the restaurant we had already booked

Our stay was awesome! The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, the cleaning was always done well too. The staff was really nice and helpful. I loved the location and how close it was to everything such as the tube, dining options, water area, etc. It was just really nice and so walkable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Best find for price, location and service

Super location. An absolutely brilliant stay and I highly recommend. From the moment you walk in you are made to feel welcomed. The room was light, airy and extremely comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean. A few really lovely touches such as a bottle of water , coffee bags (which I love) and steamer. We paid extra for the buffet breakfast which is absolutely worth every penny. Great service all round but a shout out to the front of house reception team and restaurant manager for excellent customer service. I would stay here again with no hesitation
