The stay was ok. It’s a service apartment about a 5 min walk from Camden market but the place is next to a concert venue so it’s pretty rowdy until late. There was cleaning but there was a musty smell when we entered. I originally booked this spot since an elevator was specified, since my father is in a wheel chair. The only elevator to the third floor unit (fourth for us Americans) was broken and I immediately contacted management on day one, but they ignored my query and messaged me back with generic check in messages (this was on WhatsApp). Only after my fourth message on WhatsApp and expedida, did they respond with a generic “we are working to get resolved” message. However no action was taken and they still haven’t responded to my reply on what action they’re exactly going to take (or fix the elevator for that matter). My wheel chair father had to walk up and down four flights of stairs every day, and it really damped the mood of our trip to London

The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. However, there was no room cleaning service during our stay. This was disappointing but overall, the stay was comfortable.

The air condition did not work and it was 30 degrees inside. We did request more fans, and was promised this the day after (at a scheduled time), but no one showed up. The door to the flat was also kind of broken, extremely difficult to manage. Otherwise clean and decent.
