The amenities provided were amazing and the room was spacious. The bed was beyond comfy and you’re given four pillows. The entire building was modern and up to date and even had a cute coffee shop right next door. 10/10 would recommend! Some notes to keep in mind: these rooms do not have AC if that’s something you’re used to. Also if you’re traveling to London for the classic tourist landmarks, they are pretty far from this location and require a tube ride. It’s also about an hour and a half from LHR airport.

We loved the overall concept and design of Vertus Edit and really wanted to enjoy our stay. However, one aspect that fell short was the lack of regular room cleaning. Even upon request, housekeeping services seemed to be offered only once a week due to a limited number of maids. While there was a system in place to request trash pickup by placing a tag on the door, clean towels were not provided when trash was collected. As a result, the rooms would become dusty over time, and needing fresh towels more frequently was difficult given the limited housekeeping options. With more consistent cleaning and towel replenishment, this would have been a much more comfortable stay.

My room was absolutely spotless, staff was very helpful on numerous occasions. Whatever age you are, don't let the young vibe put you off if you're an older person like me :) It's a thoughtfully designed lovely place to stay. Can't wait to visit again.

Great staff, location was 5-10 mins from 2x tube lines. Towel heater in bathroom and radiator really heat up the room, even in winter we had to open the window.(warm interiors is a British thing so not specific to Vertus Edit) was in the #3 building with the smaller “lounge” on the 2nd floor was often crowded with folks who stay here long term.12th floor lounge in the #15 building is much larger. Call out to Simon who helped avert disaster due to a flight delay. Cleaning is once per week, but really isn’t an issue as there are ample cleaning supplies. Had some issues with the toiletry pumps, quickly resolved by maintenance once informed.

Friendly and welcoming staff, we were struggling to find the hotel and a member of staff actively noticed us and walked out to direct us into the reception. After this all other staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. Lovely new, clean rooms with a fantastic view!
