Couldn't fault the staff throughout the 3 days we stayed. The room was a huge disappointment, the photos we had seen all showed a sofa or a seating area other than the bed to relax. When we booked we were assigned an accessible room, not sure why. However, one side of the bed was against a wall making it extremely difficult to get in and out of.The room was very small and being on the second floor the view was just the street. During our stay we were without hot water (this was explained to us and we were aware they were doing their best to resolve the issue) it was throughout the hotel not just our room. The heating of the room was set at a temperature that we could not alter to get fully warm after being out in the cold and rain. We mentioned this at reception on our last day and they overrode it for us. We were really looking forward to staying, from the adverts and reviews for us, they didn't match our experience.

Excellent room with plenty of space for someone with accessibility issues. Easy controls and fabulous wet room. Everything catered for. Easy access to the room via the lift. Staff very helpful and friendly. All in all a very comfortable stay.

I stayed at this hotel recently and overall had a good experience. The property itself is very modern, updated, and kept very clean. My room was spacious and included a kitchen. The hotel also has a nice high-tech feel, with modern touches that make it stand out compared to more traditional places. The only downside is the surrounding area — it’s not the nicest neighborhood, with lots of graffiti and a bit of a rough feel. That said, once you’re inside the hotel, it feels safe and comfortable. If you’re looking for a clean, modern, and well-equipped place to stay, and don’t mind the neighborhood, this is a solid choice.

While there was an initial unforeseen issue with the shower head coming off and the smoke detector malfunctioning, the staff was immediately on top of fixing the issue and then promptly moving us to another room as well as sending food, drinks and a credit applied for the inconvenience. One couldn’t ask for more and very pleased. Thx again
