Wouldn't bother again.

Great location and good hotel from the interior and first impressions. I knew this was going to be basic but it was missing just the very basics which really ruined the experience. A small table or a chair would have been a good touch as you have nowhere to pack or unpack your case. There were 3 hooray for coats but couldn't use them as they didn't even stick far enough out from the wall. Bathroom is a joke, door doesn't shut and the shower stank and just made the whole bathroom leak because the shower curtain didn't fit. Also no hand towels or bath mat and a replacement of one town per day to share between two people. Not good. There was no kettle, no hairdryer, no sockets apart from next to the bed, literally zero amenities. Bed was super uncomfortable.

Very very very small room. But a very very very comfortable bed. For the price I’m really happy and would stay again. Could do with a table, hairdryer and chair though

It’s in the name

I stayed for 1 night to get some rest after lacking proper sleep for a while, and it was worth every penny. I over looked the name of the hotel but by the end of my stay I understood 😂

Good location for Greenwich!

Good location for Greenwich and the 02 a short bus/uber ride away. Friendly check in and clean hotel. We didn't have a window in our room - this wasn't a problem but my friends felt a little claustrophobic. Nice and straight forward and shower was decent.

Claustrophobic cell disguised as modernism

The rooms felt extremely claustrophobic, given the size and lack of windows. The lighting is awful in both bathroom and room, so getting in ready there was not an option. The combination of windowless rooms, dark decor and bad lighting produced a disorienting feeling overall. Strange water sounds at night woke us up, I imagine in the pipes above the room. Most staff were friendly and helpful, both at check out and a little during our stay, however, the self check-in and general unstaffedness of the hotel left us with an uncomfortable feeling. After our first night at Zedwell Greenwich, we left the room without the sign for the door, so we expected it to be cleaned. However, it was not cleaned and only 1 out of 4 towels were replaced. None of the dirty towels were taken, remaining in the shower. The bed was not made. The second night, we asked for an extra duvet as a thin duvet for two people in February is just not enough. Since housekeeping were not in at the time, we were not able to get another duvet, although the staff member did offer to help us with the heating settings. It’s safe to say that we will not be staying at a Zedwell hotel again.

Spartan Room

The room is comfortable but quite spartan, with no TV or desk, just a Japanese-style bed. The air conditioning did not work properly; although set to 24 degrees, the room remained cold. During my two-day stay, the maid did not clean the room but only left extra towels on the bed. The carpet did not seem clean and definitely needs washing. The hotel's website claims that booking directly with them is cheaper, but this is not true; even with a 10% discount, it's still more economical to book through Hotels.com

Minimalist hotel however, clean and the beds were very comfy. Ideal location to the Cutty Sark and the O2. Staff were very helpful. The only small criticism was there was no hairdryer.

No window and just a mattress on the floor

This was truly awful. There was no bed or window in the room. Literally just a mattress on the floor with 2 pillows and a duvet. I didn't think such a things was possible in a place that called itself a 'hotel'. The mattress cover under the sheet had bloodstains on it. There was no furniture or decor. No chairs. We are both over 60 and getting on and off the mattress on the floor was difficult for us. It was like staying in a coffin or lift for the night. There was an ensuite with a loo and shower and towels but nothing else.
