The staff at check in were wonderful and helpful. The staff in the restaurant in particular Nikki was amazing and the maintenance man Bruce was a great guy. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Rolled the dice on this place, as we are not from the area, and it was the right choice! Stopped for the night, pub was nice with good beer and food. Room was adequate, and clean. Breakfast was great in the restaurant the next morning, and we were off. Will stay in the future if we are passing through!

The lodge is full of history and character. We love staying there. Very comfortable and clean and staff are awesome. It’s convenient and has loads of parking if you’re pulling a trailer. The after hours phone line was not working and that could have posed a problem. But they were rvery receptive to the information about that. We love the place. Food is great too!

Property was convenient and easy to find. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. I didn't realise that the rooms are "motel" style so along a passage, away from main lodge, as we had a room at car park level we had to have curtains closed ( foot path passed our room) so room dark, our issue orhers may not mind folks potentially looking in. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean but looked old and in need of a refurb. Ate in restaurant and food was good diner food.

Rooms are very clean. Decor is dated, but not shabby. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Restaurant has good, home-cooked food. I’m picky and I’d definitely stay again.
