It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan living space that opens up to the spacious elevated deck with treetop views. The windows are double-glazed and the house is fully insulated. Enjoy the sub-tropical sea breeze of the South Coast with its passive cooling design. The master bedroom has a private courtyard and ensuite. The Queen bedroom opens to the side balcony, that is north-facing. The kitchen is styled with coastal tones, fully equipped and boasts of a large stone bench island with 3 bar stools. The property was new, well laid out, and reasonably clean.The only minor downsides were that the floors were a bit noisy to walk on, and the bedrooms could benefit from better blackout curtains.
