Great location

Service was great, loved the location and the private beach. We also enjoyed the Cedar Club and used most of the amenities. The room itself was very basic but sufficient. The bed was pretty creaky. The parking lot doesn’t allow you to park close. Fine for us since we enjoy walking but may be an issue for some.

Nice beach vaca

Clean room, small. Steps to the beach. I did not receive instructions on check in before I arrived but check in was easy once we got there. Perfect for a couple. Bed was soft and comfortable. Pool and beach chairs were great!

A+location C- Unit

The property is located right on the beach which is great and there are plenty of chairs as well as at the pool. The unit is very tired and in need of major overhaul. Certainly not "designer decorated" as advertised. I arrived after hours and keys were left for me as office closes at 5pm. The kitchen utensils did not include any forks or a paring knife. Eating with a spoon was a little tough. They did bring some the next day when I complained. There were no wine glasses although they did have an opener. The refrigerator is very small and flimsy. A bottle placed in the side door container fell out and broke when I opened the door. It had not been cleaned in a long time as there was a two inch thick block of ice on the top. There is no freezer portion and no ice machine on the property. The microwave door on the inside was encrusted with food spatter. I asked the maid to clean it and was told I had to report it to management. She said other tenants had complained as well and they needed a new one. It was never cleaned. I went to have a quick shower and found water up to my ankles within a minute. They did get the drain unclogged the next day. They did not get rid of the embedded mold in the shower grout or floor as requested. Every time I turned on the bathroom light the fan goes on and sounded like a small generator. Unfortunately the adjacent unit had the same problem and I had to listen to their fan every time they used the bathroom. Needless to say the walls are paper thin. The "putting green" advertised is a cement putting green for kids. The room overall was in need of a good coat of paint and thorough cleaning especially the bathroom. This place could be so much better if they refurbished it.

Great location. Out the door and on the beach or to a comfortable pool area. Grounds and room are well cared for.
