✔ We verify the ID of the booking guest to help prevent parties or disturbances.
✔ Security Deposit: A $750 refundable security hold is placed on your card before check-in — not charged, just hold on your card. Funds will be released automatically after checkout (funds release timeline depends on your bank).
✔ Prefer not to place a hold? Choose a small Damage Waiver instead to cover accidental damage.
✔ Pet Policy: There's a 30$ pet cleaning fee. Unaccounted pets will incur a $500.00 fine and immediate eviction.
✔ There is Active construction work in the community. Minor noise pollution and construction vehicle traffic expected.
✔ There is no fence from Patio to the lake at this time, so it is guest's responsibility to keep children, kids and themselves safe.
✔ First floor Deck is accessible from one of the First level Bedrooms. It is guest's responsibility to keep children, kids and themselves safe in the Deck.
✔ Please note that this property is 2 Level. Ground Level has Living, Kitchen and Master bedroom. Second Level has 3 additional bedrooms and Game room.
✔ We provide a starter pack for your essentials. Don't hesitate to reach out to the host if you have any questions.
✔ Community Pool and club house are under construction. Not ready to use at this time.
✔ Grills, fire pits, or any fire-related items Prohibited on porches and decks.
✔ For your safety and to respect neighbors: party noise alarms, outdoor cameras, and doorbell camera are in place. They verify guest count and pet count.
✔ Minimum Booking Age: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
