Icy side entry that they had plenty of time before hand to prepare for and plenty after the storm to handle.... was very dangeorus. Staff never mentioned it when checking in. Tape should have been put up at minimum to protect guests from serious falls. Also no coffee pot in the room (biggest factor in my not booking again... i dislike having to roll out of bed and either go to common area half asleep in pajamas or having to get dressed before coffee... otherwise great place this strong opinion).

We had always stayed at a nearby hotel and thought we would give Garner Hotel a try. The property is nice and in a good location. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was good and had good options.

Very nice room. Love the sitting space that is separated from the bed, there are 2 TVs for use. If there is a curtain between the sitting area and the sleeping bed, it would create some barrier for anyone wants to sleep while the other still want to watch TV, etc.

Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, good shower water pressure, well maintained and great breakfast that wasn’t fancy but very good. I will take quality over quantity any day. Great stay.

Room seemed clean, except we did find 3 ladybugs. One on the lamp and two on the ceiling. Bed was comfortable, but it did squeak with every movement. I looked forward to a waffle for breakfast. This hotel does not have waffles. The eggs and sausage was good though. There is no coffee in the rooms.

Very strong smell of marijuana on floor ( the hotel did apologize on a paper). The bathroom sink faucet was so loose you nearly could not use and the toilet seat would not tighten. Other than that good room and location for a 1 night stop

Everything was good at the hotel and would stay there again. The staff was super nice and congenial at check-in (Stuart). And there was a very sweet housekeeper on the 2nd floor. The breakfast was much better compared to previous years staying there. the cage free eggs on Saturday and Sunday and the turkey sausage on Sunday were really tasty.
