This contemporary four level three bedroom detached property located close to all facilities, is the perfect accommodation for your holiday. The home has been beautifully decorated and furnished offering guests the ideal place to relax and unwind.

The Living room with its vaulted ceiling, huge panoramic windows/doors and full width glass balconies offers far reaching views over the development to the countryside beyond. The comfortable sofas provide plenty of seating

Please note there is an additional charge of £200.00 per week if you would like use of the hot tub during your stay

A lovely location

The Bay at Talland provides modern, well equipped and spacious holiday homes in a quiet and secluded location. Access to Talland Bay is excellent and the coast path is just out the back gate of the site. Whilst there are a number of units on this site, privacy never felt an issue. Pool and gym were an added bonus.
