Fantastic in every sense....

The property is as cute as it is functional. There is a 3 seater sofa and an armchair that although low ate comfortable. The only thing we hadnt noticed on the booking was there is no tv... There is a small radio though, which wasn't an issue, just something to be aware of. The bed is very comfy, although it is high (my feet didn't touch the floor when sitting on the bed and I am 1.78m tall). The shower area is a nice size, with plenty of hot water and powerful enough to meet most peoples needs/wants. The heating works really well and the grounds are kept beautifully by the volunteers. Having the estate to enjoy 'after hours' was a bonus we hadn't expected /realised. This is a beautiful venue, with a lovely team and we cant wait to come back. Ps. The Loonse Duinens is my new favourite place in NL. The tranquility is something I haven't felt elsewhere in NL... Thank you for everything and a special thank you to Els!!

A DREAM LOCATION

We absolutely loved our stay at Het Witte Kasteel Tea House, and were sorry we did not have the opportunity to stay longer. It was a perfect location for our daily excursions, was quiet (with an abundance of birds), and so very peaceful. The Tea House was fully equipped with everything we needed, and more. To open the curtains in the morning to the light streaming in was so cozy. You can arrange for a tour of the castle as well, but we were not able to fit this in. Thanks to everyone for your friendliness and accommodation. We highly recommend this VRBO, and hope to come again some day.

Charming Property

Overall our stay was lovely. The keepers of the castle and the grounds were very friendly and accommodating. The cottage was very charming and the grounds were beautiful. An unexpected surprise was a fun concert on their patio by a local jazz group. A couple unexpected things: had to spend $60 to wire additional money into their bank account for taxes (that I assume VRBO does not collect) and did not understand that we had to pay for towels (and don't think that we should have). Otherwise all was great and would definitely stay there again.

Klein maar fijn

Het is echt een tweepersoons verblijf met een zeer comfortabel bed en genoeg serviesgoed voor een hele dag in het huisje eten. De bank is een beetje hard. Het terras heeft 2 hoekjes, eet hoek en zithoek. Een idee voor het terras,neem stoelkussens mee dan is het bij lekker weer perfect toeven.
