Located in the village, close to the A.77 and A.19 motorway exits, the gîte is a rural house of character from the 17th century, adjoining another gîte in a landscaped courtyard with a private space for each gîte, terrace . In the heart of Gâtinais with Ferrières, Montargis and Château-Landon 20 minutes away, 50 km from Fontainebleau. Ground floor: living-dining room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 160 cm bed), separate toilet.
Floor: 1 bedroom (3 single beds), separate bathroom (bath, sink, washing machine), separate toilet.
Outside: Private terrace at the back of the cottage with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol. Ping-pong.
