In the heart of Gâtinais with Ferrières, Montargis and Château-Landon 20 minutes away, 50 km from Fontainebleau. Ground floor: living-dining room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160), separate toilet.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (3 beds 90), separate bathroom (bath, sink, washing machine), separate toilet.
Outside: Private terrace at the back of the cottage with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol. Table tennis.
