Located in Loreto Bay's Founders Neighborhood, this beautiful villa is just a 1-minute walk from shops, restaurants, and the beach. Enjoy high-speed internet, Netflix, and streaming TV. Bikes are available for your use, and there are 3 community pools, a golf course, and spa!

Our home features two master bedrooms, each with a large bathtub and double sinks. The ground floor has a lush garden, kitchen, dining, and living areas, while the second floor offers a patio with mountain views, a grill, and an additional bedroom and bath. (Note: the second floor isn't suitable for young children.)

The Paseo is nearby, with gourmet restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, and local markets. Don't miss our favorite coffee shop for breakfast, lunch, and great Mexican coffee.
