Single storey villa with swimming pool (8m x 4m) on 1200 m of land located 0.5 km from the village center, without any overlooked, wi-fi, air conditioning, fans, fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher , oven and microwave, gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine) Living room with satellite TV, 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and TV (TNT), two bathrooms, washing machine, dryer. House and pool alarm. Large terrace, garden furniture, several outdoor dining areas, parking for 3 cars.
Villa located 5 minutes walk from the center of the village of Lorgues, with its large weekly Provencal market, its Collegiate church, many restaurants and shops. 40 minutes from the sea, the Gorges du Verdon, and surrounded by pretty Provencal villages.
