The residences offer zoned family accommodation across three levels. Ground level entry is via a double lock up garage with a laundry. The 2 floors above accessed by lift or stairwell. The mid-level comprises 3 impeccably furnished bedrooms and a hallway study space. Both rear and middle bedroom share a main bathroom whilst the master features an ensuite and spacious private balcony with a lovely view and outdoor setting.
Ascending to the top level finds a classic open plan layout feeding those breathtaking views from the kitchen at the rear all the way through to the upper-level tiled deck area with outdoor furniture and large BBQ.
