We are proud to present this modern beachside two bedroom apartment in Nueva Ribera Beach Club development.

This apartment is just a 2-minute walk away from the Playa de Las Salinas beach and there are plenty of bars shops and supermarkets in close vicinity too.

The Space:
Just a few steps from the beach you will find this lovely holiday apartment in Los Alcazares, Nueva Ribera Beach Club. The living space of the apartment consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and an open plan living/ dining area.
The master bedroom is a equipped with a double bed built in wardrobes and has its own small balcony. The secondary bedroom has twin single beds and built in wardrobes.
The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower as well as a toilet and sink and cabinets.
The main living area consists of a comfortable sofa, smart tv and 4 person dining table and chairs and beach themed soft furnishings.
The kitchen is just off the living/ dining area with a wide sliding door to keep it nice and open planned or allowing you to shut off the kitchen area. The living room has access to the main balcony that overlooks the communal swimming pool as has an outdoor dining set.
This community offers a security hut and also a communal pool that has a baby pool attached.

There are supermarkets, restaurants and golf courses just a short drive away, and let’s not forget to mention the beautiful sandy beaches within walking distance.
