2 bed 2 full bath unit directly facing the ocean! Centrally located right next to Long Beach convention center which is a 5 min walk. Walking distance to DT Long Beach, bars, restaurants, shopping. Close to Queen Mary. 24 hour security on site to ensure no parties or loud noises past 10pm. Violation will result in immediate cancellation + fees.
-Check in time must be specified to host to avoid fees + delayed check in.
-Absolutely no parties allowed otherwise reservation will be cancelled
without any refund. No smoking allowed. Smoking will incur a $1,000 fee.
-Sometimes last minute bookings may require some lead for preparation and check in, contact us for more info.
-Late check in fees are in place so that staff can stay awake to assist you for checkins: 10pm-12am= $75 12am-2am-= $125 2am onwards (upon request only)- $200
-All guests must specify the number of people staying in unit for reservation. Any excess people over the stated amount on reservation will be charged $100/person. There will be no charge as long as you state exact number of people at time of booking.
-Parking- $20 per day per car. Parking is on site.
-Guest MUST SPECIFY TIME OF ARRIVAL. If an arrival time is given and there is no communication about being late, there will be a waiting fee past 60 minutes of scheduled arrival. Waiting fee is $25 for every 30 minutes late. Fee will not be charged as long as there is an extenuating circumstance outside of your control communicated preferably 60 minutes BEFORE stated check in time. For example: guest tells host they will arrive at 4pm. Guest gets delayed and is now scheduled for 6pm. In this instance the host must be notified minimum 60 minutes prior to 4pm which is 3pm. Fee of $25/30 minutes begins 1 hour after scheduled arrival. In this example (if there is no communication) fee would begin at 5pm.
