A short walk or bike ride to Muscle Beach and Santa Monica Pier. Location Location Location! The apartment has 4 large bedrooms, 4 private bathrooms, and in a location that can't be beat! You're going to love your vacation in this home!

This 4 bedroom apartment is a great space to enjoy your vacation by the beach! Just a 2 blocks from the beach and 1 block from the shops and restaurants on Washington Blvd. You can't beat this location!

As you enter the apartment you'll walk into the open living room, dining room and kitchen areas. The floors in the living room were recently redone with modern grey wood. The kitchen has new counters, and is equipped with everything you need. The living room has 2 comfy modern couches around the 55 inch Roku TV with Netflix setup and ready for you.

Follow the hallway passed the kitchen and dining room and you'll find 3 of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the master suite has a California King bed (and a Roku TV). Downstairs from the living room (spiral staircase), there is a 4th bedroom suite with a twin and a queen bed, plus it's own couch and TV and bathroom.

Downstairs through the hallway and out the front of the building, you'll find the gravel outdoor patio with patio furniture and a BBQ for you and you guests to use. Feel free to enjoy the sun on this patio, or take the walk-street 1 and a half blocks down the beach!

There are 2 tandem parking spots in the private garage.
